“Laura and Brice are a couple from Paris that married in the beautiful region of Beaujolais, in France. It was a cloudy Saturday of October. We met the couple in their house finishing the details for the first ceremony. A classic Jaguar arrived to pick the bride and groom to Fleurieur sur Saone, a little town near the river. The arrival of Laura and Brice was applauded by everyone. 

After this first ceremony, the bride’s and groom’s team went to the Domaine de Vavril (the wedding venue) to have lunch. We stayed with the bride’s mother and her best friend to help Laura to get ready for the main celebration in the church of Avenas. We tried to capture all the little pretty details of her wedding gown and her veil: she was just stunning.”

“The couple took the same classic Jaguar to go to the church of Avenas, where everyone was waiting for them. After exchanging rings, all the guests moved out to receive the just-married couple with delicate flower petals, bubbles and umbrellas: it was raining a lot! All the guests went to the reception place to drink while we shared some time with the bride and the groom in an intimate shooting near the vineyards. From this moment until the end of the day, the rain didn’t stop. But for us, it was perfect, because we could capture all the beauty of the autumn colors with a very special filtered light. It was magical…!”

“After that, everyone headed indoors. Then Laura threw her bridal bouquet and invited all the guests to have dinner in the dining room. All the guests were surprised when the bride and groom got the party started by dancing like the world ends tomorrow. It was so fun, and quickly all the guests joined the couple by dancing, laughing, singing…  To end this memorable day with a great party.”
